Our Vaccine Requirements
These vaccines are required for daycare, boarding, and grooming services in order to avoid health and safety risks.

Dogs
Vaccine Frequency
Bordetella Every 6 months*
DHLP Every 1-3 years**
Rabies Every 1-3 years**
K-9 Influenza Annually***
Outside of our vaccine requirements we also suggest that any dogs participating in playgroup should be kept on a monthly flea/tick preventative as we see dogs that come from various walks of life and want the utmost protection for your fur baby. We suggest an oral preventative as a topical preventative requires 48 hours to fully absorb into the fur meaning they are ineligible to play as accidental ingestion can occur through typical dog play.
Cats

Feline Leukemia Annually
*This vaccine is normally an annual shot but it is required to be updated every 6 months in order to visit us.
**This vaccine can be administered as either a 1 year or 3 year depending on your vet.
***This vaccine requires an initial two part injection for first timers that requires two weeks between shots then two weeks after the final shot before boarding, daycare, or grooming.
Client Application
Please print, fill out and sign, and submit to aovaccines@gmail.com along with a copy of your pet(s) current vaccine records to register.
We ask that when filling out the application that you provide an emergency contact that is outside of the home or that will not be traveling with you that you entrust to make medical decisions on behalf of your pet in case of an emergency.
Please allow us 24 hours to input your information into our system. We do require a temperament test before any boarding reservation can be made (if traveling from out of town we do require a 2-3 hour time period to allow for the temperament test to be done before a boarding reservation can be finalized). Temperament tests are done daily without reservation from 7a-1p and are free of charge. We do ask for a minimum of 2-3 hours to properly introduce your dog(s) to the pack.
